Franchise application

The franchise Director studies and evaluates each application. If your application is accepted, you will receive a questionnaire (survey style) that will allow us to better define your profile.
As for our selection criteria, a typical profile is predetermined according to your standards of work.

A 10 year contract with the possibility of fragmenting the contract into two periods: 5 years + 5 years.

While this information cannot be disclosed publicly, one thing is certain: figures and return on investment are worth it! Furthermore, your investment can be financed by the Development Bank over a period of 5 years (during which you repay your loan), and leaves you with a significant profit margin.

Ideally, in the outskirts of Montreal to start, but franchisees wishing to open in other regions will need to undergo a 3 month internship to become familiar with the techniques and know-how that will be communicated to them.

This will be on a case by case basis, according to each candidate’s absorption capacity. In some cases, three months would be the maximum term. Training will also include a course given directly in the franchisee’s installation.
